The messaging program

By agreeing to receive texts from Phoenix Wellness, you consent to recurring visit-reminder messages about your current plan's due date and, if it has ended, a single follow-up inviting you to call us to book. We do not send marketing or promotional offers on this program.

Messages come from Phoenix Wellness and include our phone number, (786) 302-6104. They do not include links.

Consent

You opt in in person at the clinic: staff read a short script, or you check an unmarked box on the paper intake form and sign. We record that answer before any text is sent.

Consent is not a condition of receiving care. You may decline texts and still be seen.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency is up to 5 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts unless you reply START.

Carriers

The program is available on US carriers that support application-to-person messaging. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
